Refund policy

At ShopWildPup, we want you and your pup to love The Original Calming Duck! If something’s not right, we’re here to help with our straightforward refund policy. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Just let us know by the 30th day, and we’ll take care of it.

2. Eligibility

We’ll issue a full refund if:

  • The item (e.g., The Original Calming Duck) is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The item arrives damaged or defective (e.g., no quack sound, torn fabric).
    Note: Since shipping is free, we don’t refund original shipping costs—there aren’t any!

3. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@shopwildpup.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning it.
  2. If it’s damaged or defective, attach a photo—we’ll check it out.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of getting our approval (we’ll send you the return address).
    Return shipping is on you unless the item was faulty—then we’ll cover it.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • You’ll get the full purchase price ($59.99 for The Original Calming Duck) back to your original payment method.
  • We’ll email you when it’s done!

5. Non-Refundable Items

We can’t refund:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (e.g., chewed by your pup).
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior approval.

6. Exchanges

Rather swap than refund? Email us at support@shopwildpup.com within 30 days—we’ll exchange for a different color (if available) at no extra cost.
